News Center- Israel has intensified its attacks on Lebanon since September 23, 2024, killing thousands and displacing hundreds of thousands people.

On early Monday, an Israeli strike targeted the Nabi Anam neighborhood of Baalbek, eastern Lebanon, killing six women and children from the same family and injuring eight others, Lebanon’s state-run National News Agency (NNA) reported.

The injured people were transferred to hospitals and the attack resulted in destruction of properties nearby, according to the news agency.

Death toll keeps rising

Since October 8, 2023, 2,464 people have been killed and 11,530 others injured in Israeli attacks on Lebanon, Lebanon's Health Ministry said in a statement on Sunday.
