5 women detained in Dersim
Five women, including 71-year-old Torun Dilsiz, have been detained in house raids conducted in Dersim and its Qisle (Nazimiye) district.
News Center- Turkish police conducted dawn house raids in Dersim and its Qisle (Nazimiye) district on Monday. Three women identified as Makbule Nakış, Emine Sürgeç and Eylem Sürgeç were taken into custody in the city center while Torun Dilsiz (71) and her daughter, Özlem Dilsiz Çakmak, were taken into custody in Qisle (Nazimiye).
According to the received reports, five women have been detained over terrorism charges.
