45 Palestinians killed in Israel’s attacks on Gaza

At least 45 Palestinians, including a journalist and his family members, were killed in Israel’s attacks on the Gaza Strip on Wednesday, medical sources reported.

Al-Aqsa Radio journalist Saeed Amin Abu Hassanein, his wife and his daughter were killed in an Israeli airstrike on their tent in the city of Deir Al-Balah, central Gaza Strip, on Wednesday.

Nine Palestinians were killed in an Israeli airstrike targeting a house on Mashtaha Street in the Shuja'iyya neighbourhood, east of Gaza City. The bodies of two people were recovered following an attack on a house in the center of Khan Younis, south of the Gaza Strip.

On Wednesday evening, 10 Palestinians were killed in an Israeli airstrike targeting a school sheltering displaced families in Gaza.

“Children in Gaza are experiencing the most severe stages of malnutrition,” said Dr. Ahmed Al-Farra, director of Al-Tahrir Hospital at Nasser Medical Complex. “Medical follow-up becomes difficult due to the shortage of therapeutic medications and baby formula.”

At least 51,305 have been killed and 117,096 others injured in Israel’s attacks on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, according to the health ministry in Gaza.
