News Center_ The ongoing Israeli attacks on Lebanon have caused widespread destruction of infrastructure and the killing of hundreds of civilians. As the scope of targeting expands, the humanitarian situation is worsening in various areas, amid warnings that continued escalation will lead to an even greater catastrophe that will be difficult to contain.

The Health Emergency Operations Center of the Lebanese Ministry of Health announced yesterday, Friday, April 10, that the death toll fron the ongoing Israeli attacks on Lebanon since March 2 has risen to 1,953 killed and 6,303 injured.

The center explained in a statement that the death toll from the simultaneous Israeli attacks carried out last Wednesday has risen to 357 killed and 1,223 injured, noting that these figures remain preliminary due to ongoing the capital Beirut,killing more than 300 people and injuring a thousand others immediately, while rescue and body recovery operations continue to this day.
