News Center_ Since late February, Israel and the United States have launched a series of coordinated security consequences.

According to a report issued by HRANA on Saturday, March 13, the number of casualties has continued to rise with the ongoing attacks. At least 4765 people have been injured since the Israeli-U.S. strikes began.

Among the casulaties are 1298 civilian deaths, including 205 children and 29 women, while 654 other civilians have been injured, among them 30 women and 14 children.

The report also recorded the deaths of 1,122 military personnel, noting that the real number may be higher due to difficulties accessing some affected areas. In addition, 599 deaths remain unclassified because of insufficient information to determine whether the victims were civilians or members of the military.

The attacks were not limited to military targets; civilian and vital facilities were also affected. At least 20 hospitals or medical centers have been damaged, while 98 residential buildings or neighborhoods suffered destruction due to air or missile strikes.

Additionally, 36 schools across different parts of the country were damaged.

These figures highlight the widening scope of the attacks and their direct impact on civilians and infrastructure, as military operations continue and access to some areas remains difficult for accurately assessing the scale of losses. The report also suggests that the announced numbers may be lower than the actual toll due to restrictions on the flow of information.
