Tunisia- Tunisian researcher Nada Raddaoui wins the Monte-Carlo Award for the Woman of the Year 2022 for identifying a new method to diagnose blood cancer “leukemia” at an early stage.

Nada Raddaoui developed a way to detect “leukemia” at an early stage after conducting scientific research at the University of Munich in Germany for five years as part of a project. She is from the Gafsa Governorate, one of the 24 governorates of Tunisia. She is the first Tunisian woman to obtain a doctorate in chemistry at the University of Munich since its foundation in 1472.
